It is important to note that the fulfillment duration does not indicate the delivery date . Kindly be aware that the shipping method you choose during checkout and its associated transit time are separate from the estimated fulfillment durations.

 Shipping Confirmation Email:

Please be aware that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and updated on the shipping carrier's website.
 
 Tracking your Package:  

To easily track your package, just click on the direct link in your Shipping Confirmation Email or enter the full tracking number from the same email. This link will take you to the UPS or USPS website, where you can get real-time updates on your package's location and movements.

  

5. SHIPPING DELIVERY

The delivery dates for your package are determined solely by the shipping carrier's operations. They will provide an estimated delivery date through the tracking link included in your Shipping Confirmation email. Once your package is dispatched, UPS or USPS takes full responsibility for its timely and secure delivery. While we aim to offer accurate estimates for shipping windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control. These include weather conditions, high shipping volumes, and any unforeseen events within the carrier's network that may impact delivery.

We want to clarify that once your package is shipped, we no longer have control over its location or delivery speed. We recommend using the tracking information provided in your Shipping Confirmation email to monitor your package's status and get real-time updates from UPS or USPS. If you have any concerns or questions about the delivery process, we highly recommend contacting UPS directly. Their customer support team has the most accurate and current information on your package's status and can assist with any specific issues or inquiries regarding its delivery.

    8. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER


    To ensure your package is delivered to the correct address, please carefully review and double-check the shipping address you provide during the checkout process. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. This policy helps prevent potential delivery disputes and maintains delivery verification.
